Catholics are leaving the Church and joining evangelical and other non-denominational churches. Why is this happening?
In this interview with Sr. Gretchen Hailer, RSHM, Fr. Mike and Sister talk about the reasons. She stressed the importance of a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus and the sense of hospitality conveyed to all who come to the Church.
In the second half of the interview, they discussed young people and media. With her wide experience in media, Sr. Gretchen was able to offer suggestions for parents in dealing with their children and media. She says that it is so important to understand media – “how it works so it doesn’t work us over.”
